Club Registration
Web registration is for current club officers, club members, coaches, and advisors. It can be accessed through the following link:

This is where you can complete waiver and insurance forms, log travel information, and complete budget and constitution updates. Club presidents can also check the status of their club members regarding what forms have and have not been completed yet.
If you are not a current participant, please contact the Sport Clubs office for more information.
*Please note: The annual facility request forms (attached to the right) are due at the February 17 meeting.
