Suggestion - RPAC
I was wondering if it was possible to add body wash and/or shampoo dispensers to the shower stalls in the locker rooms at the RPAC. I like to take a shower after I work out and before class, but I do not have the ability to carry bottles of body wash or shampoo, so instead I have to use the soap from the bathroom and it is a pain. I know the OSU hockey rink has dispensers in the shower and it makes it much more convenient and easier. It would be awesome if you guys could add these to the shower stalls! Thanks

Hi Alex! Thank you for the comment. We have considered soap and shampoo dispensers in the showers before, but due to a number of factors we don't feel comfortable supplying it there. The gel on the ground is a significant slipping hazard, the dispensers we have tested before are not reliable enough and would damage the tile and grout once installed, we can't adequately display the ingredients in the soap in case of allergies, and the substantial cost have all been reasons that we have decided not to pursue this in the past.    

That said, I understand the inconvenience of brining your own soap and shampoo as I do so every day. We are constantly looking for ways that we could potentially make this work in a cost effective manner. The good news is that we just worked out a deal to receive a substantial quantity of soap/body wash samples for distribution at the Sport Shop. We are hopeful that they'll be in within the next couple of weeks.
