Child & Youth School Days Off
School Year Programs are recreation and sports camps for those currently in kindergarten up to age 12 when school's out or on break from September to May.
Registration: Football Saturdays and other School Day Off programs must be paid in full at the time of registration. Make up sessions will not be offered for any missed programs. Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the program director at least 1 week prior to the program paid for. Should you need to cancel you may do so up to 1 week before the start of the program. You will receive a refund, less a $10 administrative fee or you may choose to use the entire amount as a program credit to be utilized for other AGAC/ARS programs within 1 year.
Helpful Hint: Save all of your receipts from your school year program enrollments for flexible spending account (FSA) and federal tax purposes.
