Refund Policies

Instructional Program Refunds

Instructional Programs, Football Saturdays and other School Day Off programs must be paid in full at the time of registration.  Make up sessions will not be offered for any missed programs. Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the program director at least 1 week prior to the program paid for.  Should you need to cancel you may do so up to 1 week before the start of the program. You will receive a refund, less a $10 administrative fee or you may choose to use the entire amount as a program credit to be utilized for other AGAC/ARS programs within 1 year. Any cancellation received less than 1 week prior to the start of the program will generally not be eligible for any refund.

Summer Camp/Skyhawks Program Refunds

Camp Recky programs require a $30 non-refundable deposit per child per session and can be paid at the time of registration.  The balance of the Camp Recky fees are due by June 1, 2010 for Summer 2010.  Skyhawks Spring Break camp requires full payment upon registration. Should you need to cancel you may do so up to 2 weeks before the start of the program.  Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the program director at least 2 weeks prior to the camp session paid for and you will receive a refund, less the $30 non-refundable deposit per child per session.  After that deadline up to 1 week prior to the camp session paid for, a program credit, less the $30 non-refundable deposit per child per session, will be granted for another Age Groups and Camps or Adapted Recreational Sports program. This program credit will be valid for one year from the date on the letter received.  Any cancellation received less than 1 week prior to the start of the camp session will generally not be eligible for any refund.

Lifeguard Training Refunds

Should you need to cancel a Lifeguard Training class you may do so up to 2 weeks before the start of the class.  Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the program director at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the class and you will receive a refund, less the $30 administrative fee.  After that deadline you will receive a refund less the cost of materials (approximately $60) and the $30 administrative fee.

Cancellations

Inclement Weather: Every effort is made to move outdoor programs indoors in the case of inclement weather or poor field conditions. Please call (614) 688-8787 up to two hours prior to the start of your outdoor program to see if it has been moved or cancelled. If we decide to cancel a program due to snow emergency or other conditions, this information will be available by calling and on most local television and radio stations.

Insufficient Enrollment: Age Group and Camps reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrollment. Programs are canceled two working days prior to the first scheduled occurrence if enrollment is insufficient to hold the program. A full refund will be issued should this occur.

Program Full: We will contact you if a program has reached capacity enrollment in order to try to arrange enrollment in an alternative program. If no alternatives are feasible, a full refund will be issued.

Age Requirements

In order to maintain program integrity, all participants registering for age specific programs must be the minimum age prior to the first day the program meets.

Forms

Due to the nature of our programs we ask that parents submit updated medical authorization forms at least one time per year.  Participants registered for school year programs can complete the Medical Authorization form and Pick Up Authorizations form.

Camp Recky requires a more extensive health history and parents/guardians are asked to complete the Camp Recky Health Form and Pick Up Authorization prior to their child's arrival to Camp Recky in the summer.   Whenever this information changes please update your medical information with us.
