Tournament Information

Who
All teams are eligible and welcome. This tournament is not restricted to a certain number of teams from any one school or to league champions. It is open to junior colleges, community colleges, four-year universities, and military teams. The first 36 men's teams, the first 15 co-rec teams, and the first 15 women's teams to send in their entry fee are entered.

In addition, we invite you to send your top flag football officials to the Championships. Officials will be paid a stipend of $80.00. Schools that send teams have top priority on sending officials to the tournament, and there are a limited number of positions available. The top four officials will receive bids to the ACIS National Championship in New Orleans.

Fred Beekman Park, Coffey Road Park, and the Lincoln Tower Park Turf Field on the campus of The Ohio State University

Fees
$200 per team (postmarked by October 30) and $225 per team (after October 30). (Fees are only refundable if there are teams on a waiting list) There is a $25 discount to the first nine (9) teams that are able to play on Friday evening.

Teams from The Ohio State University are required to be available for Friday games.

Deadline
Monday, November 2. A Late fee of $25 will be assessed for all entry forms postmarked after this date. Send roster form (which should be signed by your Intramural Director) and payment to:

Directions from Olentangy River Road to Coffey Road Park:
Head south on Olentangy River Road through Lane Avenue. Turn right onto Woody Hayes Drive and proceed a half mile. Turn left onto Coffey Road and the park is on the left.

Hotels on Olentangy River Road to Beekman Park:
Head south on Olentangy River Road to Lane Avenue. Turn right onto Lane Avenue and continue to Kenny Road. The park is on the corner of Lane and Kenny. Turn left onto Kenny Road and make a right on Carmack. The fields are north of you (to your right), and there is parking all around.

Hotels on Olentangy River Road to Turf Field:
Head south on Olentangy River Road through Lane Avenue to John Herrick Drive. Turn left onto John Herrick Drive and proceed to Cannon Drive. Go ahead and park in the parking lot immediately in front of you by the towers. The field is located behind the house on the hill in front of you.
