Admission: FREE for all students - Fitness passes need to be activated prior to taking a class. Faculty, staff, and other members will need to purchase a pass to enter all Group Fitness classes. A quarterly, all-inclusive pass costs $50, half-quarter pass costs $30
Still as popular as ever! This cardio-based aerobic class uses kickboxing choreography to add variety and challenge to your workout. Practice having stronger and more controlled kicks and arm combinations while maximizing your cardio capabilities through various high intensity drills. Cardio Kickboxing is a multi-intensity class that gives you the freedom to work out at your own level. Punching and kicking shields may be used at the instructor's discretion.
