Fitness Schedule & Classes

Group fitness classes are FREE for all Rec Sports members. All you need to do is activate your Fitness Pass online and then show up to class with your BuckID. We encourage all participants to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time, especially if you are new to that format.

Description: HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a total-body, heart-pumping workout. This 45-minute class will alternate between high intensity cardio bursts and periods of recovery, providing the participant with fitness benefits similar to continuous endurance workouts, but in a shorter period of time. Perfect for any fitness level, this class will provide maximum results in minimal amount of time.

This 90-minute Hatha-based yoga class will utilize props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets to aid students in focusing on the alignment in their bodies while in basic yoga postures. Every class progressively builds on the last, always beginning with a guided breathing practice and ending with restorative relaxation.
