Indoor Cricket
Intramural indoor cricket is played in the RPAC north gym during the spring semester. Each team shall consist of seven players. Seven players are eligible to bat during an inning but only six may field at any given time. The same seven players must play the entire game unless an injury occurs.
Registration:
NEW! Starting December 1, teams will be able to pre-register for spring semester. The captain must pass the online captain's quiz covering the responsibilities of the captain and rules for the sport prior to completing the team creation. Teams will not be required to pay until the team is moved into a division during registration. Pre-registering does not guarantee any team a spot in the intramural sports season; it is designed to speed up the process during registration. When registration officially opens on Monday, January 22, 2013, at 9 a.m. each team must go onto IMLeagues and move their team into the division of their choosing.
Registration will begin Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at 9 a.m. online. View step by step registration instructions. Registration will close Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at midnight.
Roster:
Once a team is created, the captain will be able to invite people to join the team (during pre-registration or after registration). All members of a roster will be required to pass a quiz prior to participation. Team members must join the roster prior to 3 p.m. on the day of their first game or any regular season game. If a team member does not appear on the roster, they will be unable to compete in the contest. All rosters will be locked following the final regular season game and teams will be unable to add players.
