Participating in the Pelotonia cycling event this August? Let our personal training staff help you prepare for the event. Whether you're riding 25 or 180 miles, our personal trainers can help you customize your routine so you can perform at your very best! The Pelotonia is only 10 weeks away, so don't delay in getting started with a conditioning program that will meet your needs. Prepare yourself right for the Pelotonia! Members can choose from 30-minute sessions for $17.50 (beginning July 1st) or 60-minute sessions for $30
60-Minute 8-Pack 60-minute sessions are reduced to just $25 each when you purchase 8 or more in advance. Sometimes a little help and motivation are needed to get fit. Through a tailored exercise program, Personal Training gives members interaction with a certified and equivalently-trained personal trainer who can help them meet their fitness goals. Each trainer will first assess a participant’s fitness level and then tailor a personal exercise program based on those assessments.

Summer WITS Personal Training This course begins June 20, 2009. Registration begins May 1st and will run through June 13th.

Group personal training registration available autumn through spring quarters Start the quarter off right and sign up today for a variety of group personal training classes, including Women’s Resistance Training, Free Motion Circuit and Partner Resistance Training. All classes cost $45 and are held from the 1st week through finals week.

Attention Ladies only! Sign up for your own resistance training class now! Every Tuesday and Thursday beginning Jan. 6, we're offering a private resistance training class using tubing, free weights, stability balls, and body weight for 45 minutes per class. At $45 for 10 weeks, you'll accomplish much in terms of strength, flexibility, increased metabolism, and improved overall body awareness.
Classes are Tues & Thurs beginning Jan. 6 at 5:45-6:30 p.m. Lead by one of our lady personal training staff. Classes will be held in RPAC Multi-purpose room 4 B-138 E. Please register over the phone or in person at the RPAC Welcome Center Desk.
Spring Free Motion and Women's Resistance Training Classes Now open for registration. For just $45, you can sign up for 20 sessions of strength training with one of our Rec Sports personal trainers!

Free Equipment Orientation The Personal Training Program is currently offering two free equipment orientations to all members.
Members may register at the following times: Mon-Fri at 7:45am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm and Saturdays at 10am.
