Personal Trainer Spotlight
Rec Sports is looking to feature some of its hard-working personal trainers! For the month of March, four extremely qualified, certified personal trainers have been chosen to tell their stories. These individuals are motivated, compassionate and inspiring. Take a look!
Personal Trainer: Lauren Conaway
Lauren is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer majoring in marketing. Lauren became a personal trainer because she loves helping people work towards their fitness goals. Her favorite exercises are running, circuit training, and of course leg day. Fun Fact! Lauren will be running her first half marathon in April 2017.
Personal Trainer: Sarah Holbert
Sarah is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer majoring in political science and english. Sarah became a personal trainer so she can help new gym goers be more comfortable in a gym environment. Her favorite exercise is running, especially the 400 meter dash. Fun Fact! Sarah is studying abroad this summer as part of a World War II tour.
Personal Trainer: Jordan Perry
Jordan is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer majoring in Exercise Science. Jordan became a personal trainer to share his passion and experience about fitness with his peers and his favorite exercise is any type of abdominal resistance movement. Fun Fact! Jordan has jumped from an aircraft over 50 times while serving our country.
Personal Trainer: Mira Syed
Mira is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer majoring in Art Management. Mira became a personal trainer because she wanted to use her love of exercise to help others achieve their goals. Her favorite exercise is the deadlift and weightlifting in general. Fun Fact! Mira is currently training for an NPC competition.
