Calling all runners and walkers!! Rec Sports would like to introduce our new Run/Walk Club. This monthly challenge will encourage all participants to track their walking, jogging or running miles every day.

Sign up to be a part of our Run/Walk Club. You will be asked to set a weekly goal or month total for yourself. Once you sign-up, a printable PDF calendar will be provided for you to track your miles daily or weekly. Use the calendar or any other tracking device that you may have and work each day to hit your GOAL!! We will send along tips for runners that include stretching, mobility, nutrition and other helpful hints to make the month a success. Join us!
