Graduate Assistantships

The Department of Recreational Sports at the Ohio State University is now seeking applicants for Assistantship positions for the following areas to begin in the 2019-2020 school year. 

  •  Aquatics (1 position)
  •  Competitive Sports (2 positions)
  •  Fitness (1 position)
  •  Member Services (1 position)
  •  Outdoor Adventures (1 position)
  • Special Events (1 position)

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for an assistantship, applications to the Graduate College and to one of the graduate programs listed below must be submitted by November 30, 2018. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required for acceptance into any graduate program. Average GRE scores are as follows: 153 (quantitative) and 152 (verbal).  Please review each program’s website for more information on how to apply:

Applications for the Fall of 2019 are now open. Applications will be accepted until positions are filled, however, preferences will be given to applications received by November 30, 2018.
