Graduate Assistantships

The Ohio State Department of Recreational Sports is anticipating openings with our Graduate Assistantships for 2024-2025. We anticipate openings for Facilities, Fitness, Special Events, and Member Services.

To be considered for an assistantship, candidates must apply to the Graduate School and either the Master of Science in Kinesiology, Sport Management program or the Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs program. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required for admission into graduate school at the Ohio State University. Ohio State Recreational Sports is not currently accepting materials from applicants to programs or degrees other than those linked above.

We anticipate applications opening in early October. Applications will require a cover letter, resume, and an interest form.
