Crunched for time? This express version of your favorite Full Body Challenge class will provide you with an efficient, total-body workout in less than an hour! This 50-minute class will take you through a series of strength circuits on the TRX® Suspension Trainer®, an integrated fitness training system that will test your balance and core strength. Cardio drills may also be incorporated to get your heart racing. Learn a totally new way to train!
