Recreational Sports Group Fitness Class
HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a total-body, heart-pumping workout. This 45-minute class will alternate between high intensity cardio bursts and periods of recovery, providing the participant with fitness benefits similar to continuous endurance workouts, but in a shorter period of time. Perfect for any fitness level, this class will provide maximum results in minimal amount of time.
