Group Equipment Check Out

To rent equipment for your group, please complete the form. If you have additional questions regarding the Group Equipment process, please contact us via email. Based on availability, your group can reserve equipment for on-campus or off-campus events. The pick-up and return dates will be determined on an event-by-event basis in accordance with availability. Pick-up and return of equipment will occur at the RPAC Sport Shop. Group Rental Requests must be requested at least two weeks in advance of the requested pick up date. 

Please note, if your event is held at a Rec Sports facility, additional arrangements may be needed such as room/court reservations. To inquire about facility reservations, please contact our Assistant Director of Scheduling and Events, Andrea Hall.



  1. Equipment should be picked up on the date stated in the confirmation email.
  2. A representative of the group will be required to swipe a BuckID (or other Rec Sports membership ID) at the time of pick up.
  3. All equipment must be returned by the date and time agreed upon prior to confirmation, or a late fee of $5 per day will be assessed.
  4. Any late equipment that interferes with another group's rental will result in the group being assessed the replacement cost of the equipment. Damaged and unreturned items will also result in an assessment of the replacement cost.
