How to Participate in Group Fitness Live Zoom Class

  1. Review our participation guidelines HERE.
  2. Click link to join – we encourage joining 5-min before start time to get yourself setup.
  3. Ensure video is off and mic is muted (bottom left hand corner).
  4. Grab your towel and water and wait for class to start!

Total Body Blast with Krista B.

Thursday, July 9: 4-4:45 p.m.

This low-impact class will challenge your entire body – lower, upper and core! With cardio bursts throughout, you’ll leave feeling sweaty, stronger and ready to take on the rest of your day! Dumbbells or resistance bands will be used to increase intensity, but all movements can be done with just your bodyweight or household items. All levels welcome!

 

HIIT w/ Mitch M.

Friday, July 10: noon-12:45 p.m.

This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) bodyweight class will give you a total body workout. Forty-five minutes of this fast-paced, heart-pumping class is the perfect way to get up and move! All levels welcome!

Discover your inner “powerhouse” with this class that targets the sculpting of your glutes, thighs, hamstrings and calves – all while challenging your balance and core strength! Get ready to embrace the shake and feel the burn! All levels welcome!

 

Arms and Abs with Stephanne M.

Wednesday, July 15: noon-12:45 p.m.

Challenge your upper body and core strength with this express strength class! Each class will focus on strengthening the muscles of your chest, back and arms in addition to your abdominals and obliques. Dumbbells or resistance bands will be utilized to increase intensity, but all movements can be done with bodyweight or household items. All fitness levels welcome!

 

Power Yoga with Alice A.

Wednesday, July 15: 4-4:45 p.m.

Unwind body and mind with this dynamic, physically energizing 45-min yoga flow. Our instructor will guide you through flowing sequences linked to the breath and quick, challenging poses focused on stretching the body, releasing stress and staying present. No previous yoga experience necessary.
