Aquatics

Aqua ZUMBA® – Who's ready for a pool party!? In this class, you'll take what you love from ZUMBA® and incorporate it with traditional water fitness disciplines. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and dance experience is not required - just a willingness to have a fun time in the water!

 

Cardio

*NEW* BOSU® Blast – Crunched for time? This 45-min high-intensity, circuit based class will provide you with an efficient, total-body workout! The trick is the BOSU®! This piece of equipment is known in the fitness industry for training balance, enhancing flexibility, and delivering effective cardio workouts to individuals ranging from elderly to elite athletes. Come give it a try!

Cardio Kickboxing Learn basics of kickboxing technique and de-stress with this non-stop, high-intensity workout. Whether you are new to group fitness or looking to challenge yourself in a different way, you will kick, box, bob and weave your way to a higher fitness level and leave feeling fierce!

*NEW* STRONG by Zumba™– STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. Unlike all other workouts, we don't just create moves to a playlist. Instead, we craft and reverse engineer the songs to match every move, driving the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result is a group fitness experience unlike any other. This class will push you past your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn.

 

Cardio and Strength

Buckeye Bootcamp – Calling all Buckeyes! Are you ready for a new challenge? This circuit style class features our group fitness tires, versafit logs, dynamax balls and many more! This class will be sure to test your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, strength and overall functional fitness. This fun and fast paced class is welcome to all fitness levels!

Cardio Barbell – Ready to become stronger? Using a group fitness barbell, participants will be progressively challenged through foundational strength moves that target the entire body. Whether it’s adding weight, changing the tempo or adding a burst of cardio, this 50-min class will be sure to push you towards reaching your fitness goals. Capacity is limited to 30 people, so be sure to get there early to claim your spot and set up your equipment!

Cross Training – Looking to take your training to the next level? This class offers a variety of class structures to test muscular and cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, core, balance and overall fitness. Whether you are new to working out or a fitness pro, you select the intensity of this class and determine how far you can push your limits.

Full Body Challenge – Everyone can benefit from stronger muscles! Full Body Challenge is the perfect class to begin or continue your journey with resistance training. With a variety of class structures to keep workouts fresh, each class will consist of strength training intermixed with moderate to high cardio bursts. This class targets all your major muscle groups, ensuring you receive a "full body challenge".

 

Cycle

Indoor Cycle – Looking for a cardio challenge unlike the rest? Indoor Cycling is just that. Whether it is an endurance climb or a series of short strength intervals, indoor cycling classes are designed to add a great cardiovascular challenge to anyone's weekly workouts. Instructors choose the course each ride takes, motivating you to reach your goals along the way. Cross-training shoes with flat bottoms, towels and water bottles are highly encouraged. No one leaves this class without sweating!

Late Night Ride – Ever feel like you are so busy you barely have time to breathe, let alone workout? No more excuses - Late Night Ride is here for you! Come sweat away your day's worries and reset your mind for the evening in this 60-min class. Whether it is an endurance climb or a series of short strength intervals, indoor cycling classes are designed to add a great cardiovascular challenge to anyone's workout. Cross-training shoes with flat bottoms, towels and water bottles are highly encouraged. So take a break, get those endorphins pumping and leave it all on the bike!

 

Cycle Fusion

*NEW* 30/30 – This perfect blend of cardio and strength training in one hour! The first-half of class will put your cardiorespiratory system to the test as you ride through a variety of terrain on the bike. The second-half of the class will be on the floor, utilizing everything from our dumbbells to resistance bands to cardio barbells to increase your muscular power, strength and endurance. With less time spent transitioning from bike to floor, you will have more time to push harder, lift heavier and get stronger. 

*NEW* Cycle+Barre The perfect blend of both indoor cycling and barre none in one hour! Challenge your cardiovascular system the first half of the class as the instructor guides you through a variety of terrains on the bike. Directly following the ride, you will continue to strengthen and sculpt your muscles using a combination of yoga, pilates and ballet-inspired movements. This class is great for any fitness level regardless of whether you are new to cycle, barre none or both.

Circuit Cycle – Are you looking to add variety to your normal cycling class? Circuit Cycle does just that and adds an extra challenge to your workouts. Cycling intervals are broken up by power and strength intervals off the bike, which train the heart to adjust accordingly.

Circuit Cycle Pilates – Are you looking to add variety to your normal cycling class? Ever wanted to give Pilates a try? Circuit Cycle Pilates is the perfect blend of both indoor cycling and core strengthening Pilates in one hour! Cycling intervals are broken up by strengthening and lengthening exercises off the bike. This class will help you engage your inner "powerhouse" both on and off the bike in order to improve your overall power, strength and flexibility. This class is great for any fitness level regardless of whether you are new to cycle, Pilates or both.

Cycle+Yoga Power Hour – The perfect blend of both indoor cycling and power yoga in one hour! Challenge your cardiovascular system the first half of the class as the instructor guides you through a variety of terrain. Directly following the ride, continue to strengthen and then stretch those major muscles used in cycle with a vigorous power yoga session the second half of class. You will leave feeling energized and invigorated!

Hip Hop Circuit Cycle – Got 99 problems but cycling ain’t one? Hip Hop Circuit Cycle is for you! A combination of work done on and off the bike, this full-body workout is the perfect balance of cardio, power and strength training, all to the beat of your favorite Hip Hop songs.

 

Dance

Hip Hop Fitness – Take a break from Cardio Canyon and come get down in Hip Hop Fitness! During this 60-minute class, our instructors will lead you through an hour of high-energy, heart-pumping choreographed dances to all your favorite hip hop songs. You will work your entire body and get a great cardiovascular workout without even thinking about it! No previous dance experience required.

*NEW* Late Night Hip Hop – The perfect class for all you night owls, take a break from studying and come get down in Late Night Hip Hop! Get ready to let loose, sweat it out and de-stress with this heart-pumping cardio dance class. Our instructor will lead you through an hour of high-energy, choreographed dances to all your favorite hip hop songs. You will have so much fun that you’ll forget you’re working out! No previous dance experience needed.

Late Night Zumba® – Ever feel like you are so busy you barely have time to breathe, let alone workout? No more excuses - Late Night ZUMBA® is here for you! Shake It! – Spice up your workout routine in a fun and exciting way! Shake it! gives you an hour of choreographed dances to the latest pop songs. You will dance and shake it in ways you never thought were possible! This class is a great way to let loose and dance your heart out while working out at the same time. You will work your upper body, lower body and core without even thinking about it. No dance experience is required. Find that hidden dancer in you!

ZUMBA® – Tired of the treadmill? This class is a high-energy, dance-inspired workout that fuses traditional Latin rhythms such as Salsa and Merengue with hip hop. Each class features simple, yet incredibly fun routines that help tone your body and get your heart rate up! Dance experience is not required; our instructor will work with participants to ensure the best results. You will have so much fun that you'll forget you're working out!

ZUMBA® Step – Step your Zumba® skills up to the next level! Combining the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba® brings to the dance-floor. Zumba® Step will increase your endurance and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs.

 

Mind/Body

Barre None – Barre None is a combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga-inspired exercises designed to strengthen, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles. While this class targets your glutes, legs and core, it will improve your overall balance, flexibility and strength.

*NEW* BOSU® Pilates – Discover your inner “powerhouse” with this efficient, total-body conditioning class. This class will challenge your core, balance, strength and flexibility in a whole new way - the trick is the BOSU®. A fitness industry favorite, this piece of equipment will take the Pilates-based movements you know and love to the next level. This class is a great compliment to any workout routine for every fitness level!  

Candlelight Power Yoga – Leave the demands of your day at the door and join us for a dynamic, heat-building yoga class. This class will fluidly move from one pose to the next and incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina. Practiced in candlelight, participants will be able to focus more on their personal movement, breath and practice.

Candlelight Relaxation Yoga – Come calm your body and mind with slow stretches, dim lighting and relaxing music. The class will be lit by the soft flicker of a flame and will focus on breathing and extended holds of postures to aid in restoration. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is a great way to end a stressful day!

Pilates – Discover your inner "powerhouse" with this body conditioning class. Improve your total body alignment, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance with low-impact exercises that focus on your breath and core strength. This class is perfect for every fitness level as all of the exercises can be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced.

Pilates Express – Discover your inner “powerhouse” with this efficient, total-body conditioning class. This express class will quickly transition through different Pilates-based movements that will target your core while also strengthening and stretching your major muscle groups. This class is a great compliment to any workout routine for every fitness level!  

*NEW* Power Yoga Foundations  Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this introductory vinyasa-based class will focus on creating a stronger foundation for your power yoga practice. By focusing on correct alignment and emphasizing the union of breath and movement, this class will enhance your practice while making you break a sweat. Challenge yourself in new ways with Power Yoga Foundations by getting back to the basics! 

Relaxation Yoga – Revitalize your body and mind with Relaxation Yoga. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class focuses on breathing and extended holds of postures to aid in restoration, de-stressing and relaxation.

*NEW* Sunrise Yoga – Start your morning off right with Sunrise Yoga. This class will wake-up your body and mind as you move through a variety of yoga poses while focusing on the union of the breath and movement.

Yoga –This class moves through a variety of yoga poses in a balanced and systematic way. A key component of this class is Vinyasa work: the union of the breath and movement. Benefits of this type of training include heightened body awareness and mind focus, tension release, increased range of motion at the joints and an overall sensation of more balance in life. The session ends with restorative work, which energizes the body through passive stretch techniques. Sticky mats are provided or feel free to bring your own.

Yoga Foundations – This class is ideal not only for students just beginning their yoga practice, but also for seasoned yogis that want to take a step back and evaluate their practice. This Hatha-based yoga class will utilize props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets to aid students in focusing on the alignment in their bodies while in basic yoga postures. Hands-on adjustments and pose modifications will be given throughout the class to enhance the stability and comfort of the body, based on individual needs.

Yoga Inversions –Build your inversions from the ground up. In this class, you will learn different techniques and skills to prepare your body to safely get in and out of various inverted yoga postures. Inversions ranging from downward dog to headstand will be covered and modifications will always be given to make each pose more accessible for every student. Bring your adventurous side and come flip your world upside down!

Yogalates– Strengthen your core and unwind some of those muscles you’ve been using all week! This Pilates-yoga fusion class will help you activate, isolate and stabilize deep core muscles while improving your total body alignment, flexibility and strength. Perfect for all fitness levels.

 

Strength

Simply Strength –This low-impact class is designed for participants of all fitness levels and will challenge all major muscle groups using traditional strength training exercises and a variety of equipment. This whole-body workout will incorporate bodyweight and resistance training exercises that will leave you ready to take on the day.

TRX® – Challenge yourself and try something new. This class will take you through a series of strength circuits on the TRX® Suspension Trainer®, an integrated fitness training system that will be sure to test your strength and balance. Cardio drills may also be incorporated to get your heart racing. Each class is a new workout with a similar structure. Learn a totally new way to train! 

*NEW* TRX® Express – Crunched for time? This express version of your favorite Full Body Challenge class will provide you with an efficient, total-body workout in less than an hour! This 50-minute class will take you through a series of strength circuits on theTRX® Suspension Trainer®, an integrated fitness training system that will test your balance and core strength. Cardio drills may also be incorporated to get your heart racing. Learn a totally new way to train!
