Inversions and arm balances can often seem unapproachable. Often, we do not have enough time to break the poses down during a normal class. This workshop will hold the space for you to really explore, ask questions, and practice these challenging postures in a safe and supported workshop-style atmosphere. Attend this workshop to step up to your edge, try something new, and gain valuable individual feedback and techniques to elevate your practice to the next level.  Bring your adventurous side and come flip your world upside down!
