About Fitness in Motion
Let us help you build comradery within your organization! Fitness in Motion provides you with a variety of fitness options including: group fitness classes, instructional training courses or health and fitness related lectures.
What we offer:
Group Fitness Classes
We offer various formats of group exercise classes. You can read about the different classes and their descriptions here. We can also bring the fitness class to you anywhere around campus. Please be sure to provide specific details on the type of room/space you have so we can plan accordingly.
Examples: Full Body Challenge, Yoga and Zumba.
Instructional Fitness Training
Let our certified instructors teach you a new fitness skill. This can be a one-time instructional training of a basic fitness related skills. You can also have a progressive instructional training course over any desired period of time, such as an 8-week strength course.
Examples: Running Technique or Strength Training 101.
Health /Fitness Presentations or Lectures
Have one of our personal trainers present to your organization on a health or fitness related topics. If you have a specific topic in mind we can work with your organization to customize something for you.
Examples: Marathon Running and Training, Basics of Strength Training, Nutrition Myths and How to create an Exercise Regimen.
Fitness in Motion fees:
The fee for any Fitness In Motion program or service is $75.00 per hour. This price includes the fitness professional (instructor and/or personal trainer), the fitness equipment, the audio visual equipment and the space reservation.
We offer one time programs or classes and can also work with you to develop a reoccurring program that is weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
