Fitness In Motion

Fitness in Motion brings the fitness experience to you!

Stay connected with your organization, colleagues or friends with custom fitness programming in-person or over Zoom. Fitness in Motion provides you with a variety of fitness options including: group fitness classes, instructional training courses or health and fitness related lectures.

Group Fitness Classes

Schedule a one time or reoccurring private group fitness class for your group. We offer various formats of group exercise classes that can be done with or without equipment and catered to any skill level. Depending on equipment needed, most programs can be adapted for in-person or virtual sessions.

Examples: HIIT, Barre, Yoga or Zumba®.

Instructional Fitness Training

Let our certified instructors teach you a new fitness skill. This can be a one-time instructional training of a basic fitness skill, such as TRX® Training 101 or Mindfulness and Meditation. You can also have a progressive instructional training course over any desired period of time, such as an 8-week strength course. Depending on equipment needed, most programs can be adapted for in-person or virtual sessions.    

Examples: Running Technique, TRX® Training 101 or Mindfulness and Meditation.              

Health/Fitness Presentations or Lectures

Have one of our certified trainers or instructors present to your organization on a health or fitness related topic. Choose from one of our preformatted presentations or work with our team to create a custom lecture to meet the needs of your staff. Pending the topic, we can also incorporate movement demos or a light workout into the presentation. All lectures can be offered in-person or virtually.

Examples: Basics of Strength Training, Nutrition Myths, How to create an Exercise Regimen or Stay Motivated to Move.

Fitness in Motion Fees

Fitness in Motion fee includes the certified fitness professional (instructor and/or personal trainer) and program design or customization. In-person sessions also include any sound or fitness equipment and Rec Sports space reservations as needed. Virtual sessions include the Zoom meeting setup and private access to recording of session. 

  • 45 minute session- $60
  • 60 minute session- $75
  • 75 minute session- $90
  • 90 minute session- $105
  • 45-60 minute virtual session- $50

We offer one-time programs or can work with you to develop a reoccurring program that is weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. 

Please create fitness request a minimum of 14 days prior to desired fitness event.
