Larkins Plaza Project

From April 24 through January 2024, fences will be in place around portions of the walkway between the Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC) and Physical Activity and Education Services (PAES) as well as the walkway between RPAC and McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion. Pedestrian traffic and ADA access will be maintained in these areas, however walkways will be narrowed. Click here to view a map of construction area.

This state-funded project supports concrete replacement on the plaza to help with water diversion and walkway enhancements in the area. The project will be completed in phases, so be sure to follow us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for updates!
