Try something new and join us for these special event classes, workshops and incentive programs.      

 

Progressive Overload Training

Take your workout program to the next level with this 4-week course, showing you how to effectively progress your workouts. Progressive Overload Training is a training method that focuses on systematically increasing weight, reps and intensity of exercises over time. This approach will allow participants to reach new fitness goals in a healthy fashion. Progressive Overload Training will focus primarily on squat, bench, deadlift and other accessory work will be incorporated. The course will be completed in a small-group setting and led by our Certified Personal Trainers. Our trainers will teach you proper lifting techniques and help you progress your goals properly. Location for this program is the RPAC Fitness Suite. All fitness levels are welcome!

All offerings/sessions are the same course and meet once a week.

Session 2 runs October 14 – November 8

  • Session 2: Tuesdays 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.
  • Session 2: Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Registration for Progressive Overload Training is $20 per person, and will open on August 12, at Noon.
