Yoga for Climbers

Calling all climbers! Build balance, strength and mobility in this special climber-focused group fitness class. Registration will open 1 week in advance of class start time.

Program Details

6:30 - 7:30 p.m.  |  OAC Conference Room

This balanced session addresses the unique demands of climbing by combining targeted flexibility work with strength-building sequences. You'll focus on opening tight areas while developing complementary strength, emphasizing pushing movements to counterbalance the pulling nature of climbing. This thoughtful approach improves overall body mechanics, enhances recovery and helps prevent common climbing-related imbalances. Whether you're a dedicated climber or just enjoy occasional ascents, this practice will help you move with greater efficiency, stability and confidence in all your athletic pursuits! 

This group fitness class takes place at the Outdoor Adventure Center (OAC) and has a limited capacity.
