Program Details
Indoor Cycle

New to cycling? This beginner-friendly class introduces you to the fundamentals of indoor cycling: bike setup, proper form and riding technique. You’ll build confidence, endurance and leave feeling ready for a full-length cycle class.
Strength
Noon - 12:45 p.m. | RPAC B30
Get started with strength training in a class focused on movement foundations and building confidence. You’ll learn key lifts and use a variety of equipment, with form and safety first. This class is perfect for anyone looking to develop strength fundamentals in an encouraging, beginner-focused setting.
Yoga

Discover the foundations of yoga in this welcoming introduction designed for all experience levels. Learn basic poses, breathing techniques and alignment principles while connecting movement with mindfulness. Leave class feeling ready to explore a full-length flow!
TRX®

Learn the basics of suspension training in this beginner-focused class. You’ll explore proper setup, foundational TRX® movements and how to use bodyweight resistance to build strength safely and effectively. You'll leave this class ready to take on more advanced TRX® and TRX® 360 workouts!

Introduction to Sun A

Discover the foundations of Sun Salutation A in this 90-minute workshop focused on alignment, breath coordination and smooth transitions. Participants will break down each pose within the sequence to build strength, flexibility and confidence. Options and variations are provided to support all experience levels.
Pose Lab
Sunday, February 15 | 10:30 a.m. - Noon | NRC 210/220
Refine standing and balancing poses in this focused Pose Lab session. This workshop explores Dancer, Half Moon, Eagle, Chair and Goddess with attention to alignment, safe setup and progressions. Participants will build stability and strength while learning modifications to support their individual practice.
Understanding Inversions

Learn the foundational skills needed to safely approach inversions. This workshop emphasizes alignment, core engagement and upper-body strength through progressive preparation and guided instruction. Participants of all levels will explore techniques to build confidence and control upside down.
Yoga for Climbers

Designed for climbers, this workshop blends yoga-based mobility and strength work to support performance and recovery. Participants will focus on alignment, weight distribution and targeted stretches to improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension. Open to climbers of all experience levels.
