Art and Asanas
Tuesday, October 26: 8-9 p.m.
Join us for Art and Asanas! This event will integrate art with a vinyasa flow. Explore how the postures of yoga make you feel through visual expression. You will be guided through a vinyasa flow with moments of pause to express yourself through art. You can expect to leave this class with a boosted mind-body connection and a unique piece crafted by your inner voice. No art experience is necessary and all fitness levels welcome!
Train like a Veteran Workout
Friday, November 12: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. (RPAC Track Level)
In honor of (post) Veterans Day, join us to challenge your strength and endurance with our Train like a Veteran Workout. This workout will consist of a half-mile run, 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 150 bodyweight squats, and ending in another half mile run. All fitness levels are welcome. Certified personal trainers will be on-site to help modify your workout. Participants that complete the challenge will receive Rec Sports swag and additional prizes will be raffled off. This event will be done in several heats from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. on November 12.
