Spring 2024       

Bodybuilding Foundations – Lift and Learn

This program is a comprehensive 4-week muscle-building program designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical experience required to learn the basic fundamentals and techniques of bodybuilding style training. This program is ideal for anyone looking to understand how to sculpt their physique, gain muscle mass, and develop a solid foundation in the art of bodybuilding. It offers a unique blend of education, hands-on training, and a supportive group environment to help participants achieve their fitness goals. This course will be completed in a small group setting, led by our Certified Personal Trainers, and will be catered to all fitness levels.

There are multiple offerings with different start dates. Session 1 runs February 12  March 8. Session 2 runs March 18 – April 12. All offerings/sessions are the same course and meet once a week.

Session 1 (February 12 – March 8)

  • Monday’s 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
  • Wednesday’s 4 – 5 p.m.
  • Thursday’s 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
  • Friday’s 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Session 2 (March 18 – April 12)

  • Monday’s 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
  • Tuesday’s 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.
  • Wednesday’s 2 – 3 p.m.
  • Friday’s 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Registration for this program is $20 per person, and will open here on January 8, at Noon.
