Timing/Scoring System 1

One CTS system 5/6, touch pads, horns, pushbuttons, a computer to operate Hy-tek scoring and one start system on one end of the pool, as well as the large scoreboard, the sound system and professional aquatic staff oversight

One CTS system 5/6, judging panels (for diving or synchronized), a computer to operate a scoring program, as well as the large scoreboard the sound system and professional aquatic staff oversight

Timing/Scoring System 2

A second CTS system 5/6, touch pads, horns and pushbuttons and a second start system on the other end of the pool

or

A second CTS system 5/6 and judging panels ((for diving or synchronized), a computer to operate a scoring program and a second sound system

Timing/Scoring System 3

A third CTS system 5/6 and judging panels (for diving or synchronized), a computer to operate a scoring program and a third sound system

Meet Entry Inputting

Aquatic staff will complete meet entries into Hy-tek, CTS System 5/6 or an agreed upon computer scoring system.

Meet Administration

Aquatic staff will organize and operate an aspect of the meet such as pageantry and awards, the dive table, staffing of volunteers for timing, organizing officials, etc. Additional at cost fees for supplies may apply.

Reservation Start and End Times

Rental rates for reserveable spaces apply for setup and teardown during facility hours in which that space is rendered unavailable to other groups. These times are determined at the discretion of Aquatic Event Management Staff and will be listed on the Facility Confirmation.

Timing/scoring charges begin one hour prior to the time that the deck is scheduled to open to participants until the actual conclusion of the event.  

Concession stand rental rates and vendor fees apply only when outside vendors are used. Rental rates apply two hours prior to the scheduled start of the event until one hour after the actual conclusion of the event.

Rental start and end times may be adjusted on the Facility Confirmation up 14 business days prior to the start of the event.
