Reserve a Space
Submitting Space Requests: Student organizations and university departments can submit requests for recurring meeting space using the below reservation form beginning on the following dates:
- Fall semester: May 15, 9:00 a.m.
- Spring semester: September 15, 8:00 a.m.
Note: Recurring reservation requests in multipurpose room spaces for spring semester will be confirmed following the completion of internal programming schedules. Student organization requests for these spaces will be communicated starting in December.
- Summer term: Tuesday, January 16, 8:00 a.m.
If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, requests will open the first business day following the 15th.
