Reserve a Space

Submitting Space Requests: Student organizations and university departments can submit requests for recurring meeting space using the below reservation form beginning on the following dates and times:

  • Autumn semester: May 15, 9 a.m.
  • Spring semester: September 16, 8 a.m.
  • Summer term: January 15, 8 a.m.

Note: Requests will be processed in the order received. Recurring reservation requests in multipurpose room spaces for autumn semester will be confirmed following the completion of internal programming schedules.


This form must be completed in its entirety. Submission of the Facility Request Form does not guarantee approval. Facility Request Forms should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. OAC climbing wall requests should be submitted at least three weeks in advance.
