Reserve a Space

Submitting Space Requests: Student organizations and university departments can submit requests for recurring meeting space using the below reservation form beginning on the following dates:

  • Spring semester: September 16, 8 a.m.
  • Summer term: January 15, 8 a.m.
  • Autumn semester: May 15, 9 a.m.

Note: Recurring reservation requests in multipurpose room spaces for autumn semester will be confirmed following the completion of internal programming schedules.

 

This form must be filled out in its entirety. Completion of the facility request form does not guarantee the request will be granted. Facility Request Forms should be submitted with at least two weeks advance notice.
