Reserve a Space

Submitting Space Requests: Student organizations and university departments can submit requests for recurring meeting space using the below reservation form beginning on the following dates:

  • Fall semester: May 15, 9:00 a.m.

Note: Recurring reservation requests in activity spaces for the autumn semester will be confirmed following the completion of internal programming schedules. Student organization requests for recurring space will be confirmed between August 7-11. Activity spaces include multipurpose rooms, court spaces, turf and grass areas

  • Spring semester: September 15, 9:00 a.m.
  • Summer term: January 17, 9:00 a.m.

If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, requests will open the first business day following the 15th.

This form must be filled out in its entirety. Completion of the facility request form does not guarantee the request will be granted. Facility Request Forms should be submitted with at least two weeks advance notice.
