Guest Passes
Members and students paying the dedicated fee are invited to bring a guest to experience Rec Sports offerings. In order to self-sponsor for a guest pass, you must be affiliated to the University (active student, faculty/staff or alumni). If you don't have any affiliation you must be sponsored by an active member, who would be able to sponsor two guests per day.

How to Purchase
Guest passes can be purchased at any indoor recreational facility. The department accepts BuckID, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
Guests under the age of 18 must have guardian or parent present to sign activity waiver and purchase a guest pass. Ages 4 and under are free, ages 5-13 are $5 per day. View more information on minors in Recreational Sports facilities.

Guest Pass Policies
- All non-University affiliates must purchase a guest pass to access Rec Sports Facilities.
- Guests must be sponsored by a current Rec Sports member. Sponsors cannot be solicited, and both the Guest and Sponsor must provide a valid photo ID onsite at time of purchase.
- Each Rec Sports member is able to sponsor 2 guests per day.
- Guests must enter and exit the facilities with their sponsoring member.
- By signing the Facility Access Waiver, guests agree to all policies in the Rec Sports Rights and Responsibilities Agreement. The sponsoring member shares the responsibility for the guests' behavior.
- Guests must present proper Ohio State and/or Recreational Sports identification to obtain access to all facilities.

- Government ID, Military ID, Passport
- Guest pass holders may participate in fitness classes at no additional charge; guests do not need to register in advance, but can walk in based on availability.
- In accordance with the minor policy at The Ohio State University, any member or participant in activities under the age of 18 held within a facility of the Department must have a parent/guardian present at all times.
- Patrons must be 14 years or older to use fitness or cardio equipment, and attend group fitness classes.
- All guest passes are non-transferable and expire at facility closing on the day of purchase.
- Guests passes allow entry into any facility for as many times as desired during day of purchase.
- No refunds are given for guest passes.
