Outdoor Adventure Center (OAC)

The OAC offers indoor bouldering, top rope climbing and a campus board for training. More information on the climbing center can be found on the OAC Climbing Center page. 

Located on West Campus inside the Adventure Recreation Center (ARC), the OAC boasts a 35’ tall climbing wall, bouldering area and other specialized training equipment. No climbing experience is necessary. Rental climbing shoes and harnesses are provided free of charge for Rec Sports members and sponsored guests. The OAC also includes a reservable conference room that seats up to 20 people- groups can combine a work meeting with a climbing session through a space reservation.

The ARC/OAC has plentiful bike and car parking and can be accessed via the Blankenship Hall CABS stop via the Campus Connector (CC) bus loop.
