Bodybuilding Foundations Workshop

Aesthetic meets performance by focusing on building a solid lifting program that focuses on gaining muscle and strength. Registration now open!
Program Details:
Participants will learn basic lifts and use a variety of resistance training methods (cables, dumbbells, barbells, etc.) to build a hypertrophy program that helps build strength and gives participants confidence in their appearance. Learn tempo control, strategic volume and advanced techniques like supersets and drop sets. This workshop is led by our Certified Personal Trainers and will be catered to all fitness levels!
The same workshop is being offered on two different dates:

- Monday, November 3, 2 - 4 p.m.

Program Details:
This program is aimed to help individuals understand the differences between training for strength, power, hypertrophy and endurance. Each week of the small group, there will be a new focus on a different type of training so participants can be exposed to different methods of exercise and choose which one they like best. Each session will go in depth on the specific training method and when/how it is used.
This program meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Tuesdays, October 21 and 28, 3 - 4 p.m.
- Thursdays, October 23 and 30, 3 - 4 p.m.

TRX® Sculpt Workshop

Program Details:
Pressed for time or don't have access to a full gym? This workshop teaches you how to create effective, efficient workouts using minimial equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, a box, a yoga mat or just your bodyweight. Whether you have 20 minutes or a full hour, you'll learn how to stay active anywhere and build a flexible routine that fits your schedule and your space. Stay consistent, creative and confident in your fitness journey, no matter your environment.
