Boxing Basics - Knock Out Your Fitness Goals

Program Details:
Looking to punch up your fitness routine? Our Boxing Basics class is your knockout solution! Using sparring mitts, you will learn fundamental boxing techniques and footwork, blended with high-energy drills to give you a full-body workout. It's a fantastic way to build strength and improve endurance without any sparring, bag work or contact. Equipment will be provided, and all fitness levels are welcome. This course will meet weekly for four weeks in the RPAC South Gym.
- Tuesdays: Noon - 1 p.m.
Registration is $7 per person.
*A summer membership is required to participate in this program. Ohio State students taking less than four in-person credit hours on the Columbus campus over the summer will need to purchase a membership to participate in this program.
