Minimal Equipment, Maximum Results Workshop

In this workshop you’ll learn that a fully equipped gym, while helpful, is not a necessity for an effective workout! Discover how to train using minimal equipment. Registration opens on Tuesday, August 26.

Program Details:

Many people limit their physical activity because of time or equipment restrictions. Maybe a packed gym scares you, maybe you don’t have an hour to spend at the gym every single day or maybe you don’t have the money for a gym membership right now - and that’s totally fine! While these are valid concerns, they don’t need to completely restrict your ability to exercise or get your workout in. If you have a full hour to work out, that’s great! But if you only have 20 minutes, that works too. Maybe it’s a study break, maybe it’s time between classes or just a moment to reset during your day. It doesn’t matter! You’ll discover how to train using minimal equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, a box, yoga mat or even just your own bodyweight. Sometimes that’s all you need. This workshop will give you the tools to stay consistent, creative and confident in your fitness journey, no matter where you are, how much time you have or what gear you have.

Bodybuilding Foundations Workshop

Aesthetic meets performance by focusing on building a solid lifting program that focuses on gaining muscle and strength. Registration opens on Tuesday, August 26.

Program Details:

Participants will learn basic lifts and use a variety of resistance training methods (cables, dumbbells, barbells, etc.) to build a hypertrophy program that helps build strength and gives participants confidence in their appearance. Learn tempo control, strategic volume and advanced techniques like supersets and drop sets. This workshop is led by our Certified Personal Trainers and will be catered to all fitness levels!

Buckeye Built

Learn different methods of training to reach your fitness goals. Registration opens on Tuesday, August 26.

Program Details:

This program is aimed to help individuals understand the differences between training for strength, power, hypertrophy and endurance. Each week of the small group, there will be a new focus on a different type of training so participants can be exposed to different methods of exercise and choose which one they like best. Each session will go in depth on the specific training method and when/how it is used.

This program meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Tuesdays, October 21 and 28, 3 - 4 p.m.
  • Thursdays, October 23 and 30, 3 - 4 p.m.

Registration for this program is $20 per person.


TRX® Sculpt Workshop

Discover how to build strength, improve stability and enhance your overall fitness using the innovative TRX® Suspension Training system. Registration opens on Tuesday, August 26.

Program Details:

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of TRX®, including how to properly set up the straps, maintain correct form and perform a variety of beginner-friendly exercises that target the entire body. Whether you're new to TRX® or looking to expand your current workout routine, this workshop offers scalable, low-impact options suitable for all fitness levels. Leave with the confidence and knowledge to incorporate TRX® into your own workouts
