Membership and Fee Update

Thank you for your continued patience as our team works to address all membership questions. Below we have outlined how memberships are being handled during this time.
Members who pay for their membership in full either by semester or annually. You will have time added to your membership to equate to the time we have been closed since mid-March. Members who pay monthly via payroll deduction or saved payment. You have been assessed fees amounting only to the time from March 1-15, 2020. Repetitive payments have been stopped beginning with April and will remain stopped until we re-open.
Members who purchased short term guest passes. (including any membership term 30 day and less). Your membership will remain on your account with the expiration deadline extended to reflect time lost.
Student members who were assessed the Recreational Fee on their Spring 2020 tuition Statement of Account. Your Recreational Fee adjustment is being performed by the Registrar. Please contact them at email@example.com with questions.
If you wish for a prorated refund as opposed to a membership extension, please complete the form, here. Refund requests for Spring Semester 2020 Recreational Sports memberships will be accepted until June 30 , 2020; after which we will no longer be accepting refund requests for Spring 2020 memberships. This also applies to annual membership holders requesting prorated refunds in lieu of date extensions.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be completely processed from date of request.
