Time: Wednesday, October 16, 2019 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Location: Younkin Success Center, Rm 150
In this 4 part workshop series (come to one, some or all!) will focus on learning skills to address the many challenges associated with transitioning to college (i.e. stress, relationships, independence, identity formation, and responsibility). We will also engage in dialogue about unique, covert challenges that are often overlooked, such as depression and anxiety. Our focus is to have a conversation that addresses and normalizes these concerns while utilizing coping skills and campus resources to help students navigate the college experience successfully.
Please contact the front desk at 614-292-5766 or email Carla for more information
