The perfect blend of both indoor cycling and power yoga in one hour! Challenge your cardiovascular system the first half of the class as the instructor guides you through a variety of terrain. Directly following the ride, continue to strengthen and then stretch those major muscles used in cycle with a vigorous power yoga session the second half of class. You will leave feeling energized and invigorated!
