Are you looking to add variety to your normal cycling class? This quick-paced, high-intensity class will do just that! Cycling intervals are broken up by barbell-strength intervals off the bike. Using our group fitness barbells in addition to the bikes, this class challenges both cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, giving you an efficient and effective workout!
