The Rhythm of the Renaissance is a reconnection of experiences in this beautiful world of soul and Black arts, celebrated all within a single night. Mahogany Moments is a black-tie award event for the OSU community celebrating Black excellence. This event displays multiple types of talent, such as vocalists, jazz instrumentalists, visual artists, and spoken word poets. Additionally, this program will present awards to student leaders who have displayed the character of focus, determination, and progression.

Requests made one week in advance of the event will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
Event attendees may number in the hundreds.
Event volume may be heightened with sound amplification, pyrotechnics, or the sounds from a large crowd.
Event may include group activities, handshakes, and/or require attendee interaction.
