Group Fitness Cycle + Core

Cycle + Core is the perfect way to get cardio training in while also strengthening your core. The first 45 minutes of class will be spent on the bike working through various challenges including endurance climbs and sprint intervals. The final 15 minutes of class will be spent on the floor using a variety of equipment to strengthen the core. Cross-training shoes with flat bottoms, towels and water bottles are highly encouraged. Come prepared to have fun and work hard! Please note: Flashing and/or bright lights will be utilized in this class.
