Group Fitness NEW! Strength & Stretch
Start off your morning movement with strength and stretch! This class focuses on full-body flexibility, muscular endurance and strength. Class will begin with a series of dynamic stretches to get the blood flowing before focusing on fundamental strength movements. Finish off class slowing down your pace and breath, feeling refreshed to take on the rest of your day. All levels welcome!
