The TRX® Suspension Trainer® meets mat Pilates! Join us for this total body conditioning class that will bring added spice to your traditional Pilates movements. The TRX® Suspension Trainer® will challenge your core stability while physically strengthening your body, improving posture and increasing flexibility.
