Group Fitness Ride & Restore
The perfect blend of both indoor cycling and yoga in one hour! Challenge your cardiovascular system the first half of the class as the instructor guides you through a variety of terrain. Directly following the ride, continue to strengthen and then stretch the major muscles used in cycle to leave feeling energized and invigorated! Please note: Flashing and/or bright lights will be utilized in this class.
