Group Fitness Slow Burn Yoga

Experience this dynamic, physically energizing and patient form of yoga. This class will heat the body using pacing similar to power yoga then challenge you to slow down and embrace the shakes. Discover your capabilies and reset to begin the week ahead. This group fitness class takes place at the North Recreation Center (NRC).
