Group Fitness 30/30
The perfect blend of cardio and strength training in one hour! The first-half of class will put your cardiorespiratory system to the test as you ride through a variety of terrain on the bike. The second-half of the class will be on a mat or the floor, utilizing various strength training equipment to increase your muscular power, strength and endurance. With less time spent transitioning from bike to floor, you will have more time to push harder, lift heavier and get stronger. Please note: Flashing and/or bright lights will be utilized in this class.
