Group Fitness Hip Hop Fitness

Spice up your cardio workout and come get down in Hip Hop Fitness! Our instructors will lead you through high-energy, heart-pumping choreographed dances to all your favorite hip hop songs. Come prepared to level up your dance moves while going through a great cardiovascular workout! No previous dance experience required. Please note: Flashing and/or bright lights will be utilized in this class.
