Group Fitness AquaFIT

Looking for a challenging cardiovascular workout minus the impact of a floor? Aqua Fit is for you! This class is a mixed intensity workout designed for all levels. Within varying depths from 4-9 feet, the participant is instructed through a range of movements that create resistance work with a cardio focus. No swimming experience is necessary, but welcome! The option to remain in shallow water is encouraged for those who do not feel comfortable in deeper water. This group fitness class takes place in the Class Pool located in the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion. Water shoes are recommended.
