Group Fitness Barre Bootcamp

Join Barre Bootcamp to pick up the intensity of your Barre experience! This class combines light weights and high repetitions of Barre with bursts of cardio throughout class to elevate your heartrate. Come to class and leave feeling more empowered and stronger than you arrived. Due to this location, no physical barre will be utilized in class.
