Group Fitness Rhythm Ride

Featuring House, Dubstep and EDM rhythms, this 45-minute class uses music to fuel your movements as you ride through a variety of terrain. Instructors choose the course of each ride, challenging your cardiovascular system and motivating you to reach your goals along the way. Cross-training shoes with flat bottoms, towels, and water bottles are highly encouraged. If you love sweating it out to high energy music, then this cycle class is for you! Please note: Flashing and/or bright lights will be utilized in this class.
