Group Fitness 20/20/20

Looking for a class with a little bit of everything? Join us for 20/20/20! This class will offer 20 minutes of indoor cycling, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of stretching, yoga or mobility work, based on the instructors skill set. This unique fusion class will keep you moving and leaving refreshed for the remainder of your day. Please note: Flashing and/or bright lights will be utilized in this class.
