Group Fitness Cycle + Pilates

Cycle + Pilates is the perfect blend of both indoor cycling and core strengthening Pilates in one hour! Cycling intervals are broken up by strengthening and lengthening exercises off the bike. This class will help you engage your inner "powerhouse" both on and off the bike in order to improve your overall power, strength and flexibility. This class is great for any fitness level regardless of whether you are new to cycle, Pilates or both.Please note: Flashing and/or bright lights will be utilized in this class.
