Faculty and Staff Free Week

Faculty and Staff Free Week gives Ohio State faculty and staff the opportunity to visit any of our indoor recreation facilities and outdoor parks during regular operating hours at no cost. Drop-in Group Fitness classes and Family Hours are also included in your free one-week membership.

Free Group Fitness Classes

Is dancing your thing? Get in the groove with Zumba. Prefer to channel your inner yogi? Check out one of our many yoga classes. All about cycling? Try one of our cycle formats.

Register in advance to reserve your space in our Group Fitness classes, as they can fill up fast. View the full Group Fitness schedule.

Family Hours

Recreational Sports strives to provide a family-friendly environment. Free Week participants may bring immediate family members, including a spouse, partner and children under 18, during Family Hours at no additional charge. Visit our Family Hours page to learn more.

Step-by-step instructions to sign up for Faculty and Staff Free Week

Visit recregister.osu.edu and sign in using your Ohio State name.# credentials.
Select Memberships.
Select Fac/Staff Free Week and add it to your cart.
Sign the membership waiver.
Select Checkout at the bottom of the sales screen.
When Choose Payment Option appears, select Checkout.
Process complete.
