Job Responsibilities
Leads the supervision, onboarding, training and certification of 120 student staff who are responsible for operations of the RPAC Welcome Center, Sport Shop and Access Control. Ensures members receive quality customer service interactions, experiences, equipment and merchandise when utilizing the RPAC.
