Facility Access Waiver

A signed facility access waiver is required to enter any recreation facility. The waiver can be viewed and signed online at recregister.osu.edu. Please sign before you visit to expedite your access into the facilities. Access will not be allowed to any indoor recreation facility without completion of the waiver.

All students and members who are new to Ohio State for autumn 2025 semester and the recreation facilities will need to sign the waiver.

If you are an affiliate member and can’t remember your portal log-in or need assistance, please email recsports@osu.edu. Most members will use their OSU name.#. If you do not have access to a device to electronically sign or need an accessible version of the waiver please contact recsports@osu.edu.
