Interested in learning more about how to take care of your bike? Attend one of our Bike Hub clinics to learn the skills necessary to perform regular repairs on your bike. All clinics will take place at the Buckeye Bike Hub located on the Northwest corner of the RPAC (near the sand volleyball courts).

Basic Level Clinic
Wednesday, April 5 or Wednesday, April 12: 2-3 p.m.
Introduction to Bike Repair is a basic level clinic that is structured towards the bike commuter. The goal of this clinic is to enable you to ensure that your bike is in good shape and safe to ride. We will cover basic bike safety, how to perform a pre-ride check and trailside repairs including flats, brakes and tuning gears.

Intermediate Level Clinic
Wednesday, April 19: 2-3 p.m.
This course goes beyond the basics and gives you an insight into comprehensive bike repairs. The goal of this clinic is to empower you to be able to perform regular repairs on your own bike. We will walk through a more advanced bike check using critical thinking and problem-solving skills and understand the mechanism of how some bike components work. We will be focusing on crucial mechanical skills like installing brakes, gears and diagnosing issues with headsets, bottom brackets, and wheels.
