Stay motivated to move this week with a little help from Rec Sports Group Fitness! We have designed a weekly workout schedule from our Group Fitness LIVE classes to help keep your routine balanced and consistent.

Monday – Strength

6 p.m. Core and More with Dana W.

Tuesday – Recover

7:30 p.m. Yoga for Stress Relief with Christina A. 

Wednesday – Cardio

Noon HIIT with Faith N.

Thursday – Strength

9 a.m. Arms and Abs with Julia G.

Friday – Self-Care
