Stay motivated to move this week with a little help from Rec Sports Group Fitness! We have designed a weekly workout schedule from our Group Fitness LIVE classes to help keep your routine balanced and consistent.

Monday – Total Body

4:00 p.m. Barre Bootcamp with Claire S.

Tuesday – Core

4:30 p.m. Pilates with Lexi H.

Wednesday – Stretch

6:30 p.m. Power Yoga with Sophia B.

Thursday – Cardio

4:30 p.m. HIIT with Lily D.

Friday – Recover

4 p.m. Yoga for Stress Relief with Morgan N.

Saturday – On Your Own
